>Check your PSU model through google to see if anyone has posted anything on your particular model.

>CPU clocks and core voltage.

>RAM/DDR timings, if possible set to 'auto' or 'By SPD'.

>AGP Transfer Rate is 'Auto' or as required by your adapter.

>Disable 'Fast Writes'.

>Enable 'Pnp' plug and play settings.

>Set your IRQ Assignment to 'auto'.

>Disable all overclocking settings and utilities.

>Check your RAM modules for consistency (This was the cause of my resetting woes!). Download this ISO and burn to CD-ROM.
