What can i do with this? Could I run Doom or HL2?

Memory Module- 1024 Megabytes Installed Memory

Hard Drive - Raid 0 Volume (160.05 GB)

That umm... is what i got. It was expensive a little under half a year ago.
i had it built for programs like 3d studio max and maya. i can completely take any abuse dished out because of the fact that i'm so hardware ignorant. But it would be more hepful to have info.
