I've got the same problem here, but since I'm not personally responsible for hosting contracts (mr hiv is) I can't really yell at them or anything.
Anyway, in the meantime I've found that using my ISP provided proxy server for IE really helps A LOT. So if you've got any proxy servers that your ISP provides for you (or 'auto-configurating' scripts), turn them on and you might get better loading speeds. And I'll try my best to get hiv off his fat ass and fix the problem
