I find jus eatin wot the hell u want as long as u live healthy lifestyle e.g gym, sailin, kayaking makes u feel great cuz u got no worries about how many calories or crap u eat cuz u know u guna get fat.
In the other hand if u kick back drinkin beer, eatin pizza/any amount of crappy foods and doin nuthin about it makes u shite. Also if yer fat wot about all those problems u guna get, heart disease etc? i say get it sorted and feel healthy for it! :thumbup: :thumbup:
