OK, thank you for the advice. Though I thought I added DIVX recently enough, I did have 5.1. I now updated to 5.2 (current version),
which should have solved the problem...but it didn't. DIVX 5.2 does exact same thing with this file. Skips through to ending.
However, I did discover Windows Media Player plays it just fine. Go figure...(?) Anyway, I got to see it. Thanks
