my question is if i use that to replace an old gateway system with a 250 watt power supply will that power supply be enough to run it?
heres everything that changes from the origonal gateway:

RAM: waiting for new motherboard compatibility
128mb rdpc800ram(64mb x2) > 512mbDDR PC3200 cas 3 kingston value ram
OS: already changed
Windows ME > Windows XP home
Cooling: ..
1x80mm case exhuast, gpu stock fan, processor stock hs&f, psu fan, HDD drive fans > more cooling when i can aford case and etc.
not changing till later:
gateway case with 250 watt psu, 40GB ide hard drive 7200 rpm > ??

will the 250 watt psu be able to run the new setup? also i want to overclock basicaly every aspect of my pc
