Downloaded gamers hell coop mod, but can't make it work :S

I Create the MP Server, Deathmatch, choose map, everything goes OK, but when clients join the server, they experience 1 fps 300ms ping and my game server finally crashes.

Is there any option I should change, or this 2kb mod is just a Beta?
