HL2 DOES NOT USE THE QUAKE2 ENGINE. DEAR GOD.
It created its own engine.
On higher settings and on newer games, you just have to look to see that ATi wins. god... I don't want to argue with some ignorant fool who registered on the forums just to promote his mod for Doom3. ive had enough of this. You can't judge the cards until christmas, and who will win? No One, The difference in performance will be down to 2-5% either way, unnoticable. Nvidia has its strengths and weaknesses and so does ATi. Drop the arguement, Both cards are good, which is better? by the time you can find one, you'll see the difference in performance is unoticable
EDIT: Not that I need it but will someone else back me up on this? I don't want to fight an arguement with someone who doesn't know what hes talking about, and anyways, i don't want to get pissed of and start bitching at him, so will someone else bother to back me up?
