Syanide, You need to upgrade your VGA, The Geforce 4 MX 420 has a memory clock of 166 MHZ and GPU clock of 200 MHZ Your VGA Memory bandwith is too low( 2.7 GB/s) Your CPU is ok but U need to Upgrade your VGA to a Geforce 4 MX 440 ( Memory clock 400 MHZ, GPU clock 270 MHZ)

Nope your cpu is fine, U need a VGA with a high bandwith like the Geforce 4 MX 440 and up.
