why do you suspect that its illegal ? because it looks that good ? LOL
i recommend to you to read the license agreement first, then you KNOW that its freeware, and what could be better advertisement as this game ? at least its only running on nvidia cards
so you are forced to buy an nvidia card to play it LOL..
best promotion...
