Stalker which will be out in 2 versions (correct me if I'm wrong) one consist the 32-bit interface platform and the other 64-bit which will enable Stalker use much richer effects, more details, greater fps and better sound and even more. Of course it will remain the same game, but it will be better then the 32-bit interface platform.

But its not that much, it bsaically makes the CPU based performance more efficent.
A lot of the things ur mentioning are much mroe dependant on Video card and Sound card.

transfer rate doesn't change, memory mangement doesn't change in 64bit. I don't know how much credit Id give to 64bit extensions, they help, but not noticably as much as the memory controler or fast FSb or hypertransport.
hmm... stalker having a 64bit binary... could be useful, but it sounds more like an advertising and marketing trick then something that really will be productive. Until its moved onto a 64bit OS, there isn't much whiggle space.(it could also be using a 32 bit D3D lib in which case...)
Again, not revolutionary, its been done before. the OpenSource community and os gaming community have long been compiling 64 bit versions, and Ut2k4 had one of the first 64bit binaries.
however, calling it a "64bit game" is not something that is actually correct.
Too much stuff thats attributed to "AMD64 64-bit technology" has nothing to do with the AMD64's 64 bit extensions. it just doesn't. most of the performance increases that we see today are just the memory controler, fsb, and hypertransport.

64bit isn't ready for gaming.
we need a decent OS(linux is gtreat for it, but no DX), decent 64bit drivers, decent written 64bit code(not just 32 conversions), before we see ANYTHING.
