In STALKER, a lot of attention vas gaved for environment, nature, sound...everything together makes an exciting feeling of real Chernobyl.
Every building, road, and even piece of garbage says cleartext: Russia. And i think, in STALKER very good maked sunrise and sunset. we can see it on the trailers and screenshots.
