This is a Virus related topic; can I delete a virus by system restore?
Rather not very dangerous "Bloodhound.Exploit.6" virus that Norton was unable to fix/delete anyhow recently infected me; I want to know if I can remove it by system restore?

As far as I know this virus does something to the outlook express that can read your computer files.
I've tried some of the security updates named "Microsoft Security Bulletin MS04-013" which address Microsoft Outlook Express 6, but when I've downloaded it the installation didn't start saying "This update requires outlook Express 6 to be installed" since I don't know which version is mine I also downloaded the "Microsoft Outlook Express 6 SP1" but its the same story.

I have SP1
How does u check the Outlook Express version? In addition, if I have to, were can I get Microsoft Outlook Express 6?
