Who can decide what an art is?


Music in general is a bunch of air vibrations that some can call them emotions; some can call them just sounds or simply enjoyment or sadness...

"An art is not an art until someone says it is" that's just stupid ... No one can declare upon something as an Art, but for himself only. Some may call it an Art and some may call it a bag of dead cats on the street … what ever it is; music, pictures, objects, any thing can be an Art, Life can be an Art too and death can be Art as well.

It is not about politics; who says what then everybody listens. No, it is about everyone's own taste and interests.
