Hard to believe, but some of those laws were made cause of the idiots in this world...driving while blind? Happens all the time, cant prosecute if there is no law in place. Pretzels in bags? I suppose someone got pissed off after biting into a moldy pretzel that was bagged while fresh. Im sure glad I dont live in the south tho.
