right...basically ive recently bought doom 3..the game seems to run fine apart from one problem, the sound stutters. any help?
specs:
amd 1800 processor
xfx nvidia geforce 5900 card
512mb RAM
WIN XP

i dont have a 'proper' sound card installed on my motherboard but ive never had a problem running games before (half life/deus ex invisible war etc) my only thought is that doom 3 requires at least a 5:1 sound card to run the game effectively? any ideas?
