Start | Settings | Control Panel | Sounds and Audio Devices | Audio.

In terms of your CD/DVD-ROM...

Go here and download the Nero CD-DVD Speed v3.30, Put a Disc in the drive and let it run
CMONNNNNNNNN ............... why the hell does he/she need to check the speed of the cd?!?!?! the average speed is 48 ! Moreover, he/she said that the installation was complete! Ergo the CD rom is fine! Leave it.

About the drivers Go to ATI site and download the latest drivers for your card.

The sound card is not the problem here just install direct X 9.0c form Microsoft's site.
