Sure.. I'm a bit more partial to ATi now, if realizing how bad nvidia f**ked you with teh GF FXs and its drivers then you'd be stupid not to. I supported nVidia and the GF FX before launch more then anyone else, I hated ATi, but things change, and I accept the better company, I take the evidence and I accept it. Fanboys on the other hand are ignorant of the evidence and ignore what they don't want to hear.
Having HL2 in your sig is a little different.
As for your sig, it is too long.. cut it down to about 5-7 lines at most.. :thumbup:
(O and seeing this as a "how great ATI is" trip" would be complete BS. I don't say anything pro ATi, just that nvidia has f-ed up really bad, but you, you will competely fail to realize teh neutrality of thise post)

(how about you bother to re-read the ATi>nVidia topic.. that topic is completely neutral in any sense of the word. O and for those 90 3DMark05 points. The 6800GT is known to be a bit hot and unconsistant at times, so don't surprised at fluxs like that.

Yeah mate, i'm right up Nvidias Arse. The only reason i have a a 6800U is there are no ATI or Nvidia cards in England.
I managed to get hold of a next gen card, and at the time was not going to quibble over if it was an ATI or not :nxs:
Since then i have had mates try and fail for some reason or another to get either top end cards.
After the shite card a had in last time i was not going to play Doom3/Half life2 on anything less!
I think you make some valid points about both card companies,

I'm not bashing your side. Im just saying nVidia has really screwed me over too bad for my myself personally to spend 300+ on a card from them.
I don't care if people don't agree with me, but I do voice my opinion. Also.. I hate that icon, I dread it. I don't rant, exactly what im saying, stick around and see.
6800U? maybe not as much so.. but companies do push their cards to teh limit.. so underclock it maybe 5-10mhz on each side if u keep having inconsisancy. Yah shouldn't though
