I have logged all voltage activity when playing the F.E.A.R .DEMO and this is what I got out of it:

3,3v
Lowest: 3,17
Highest: 3,25
Last readout: 3,22

5,0v
Lowest: 4,68
Highest: 4,81
Last readout: 4,73

12v
Lowest: 11,98
Highest: 12,10
Last readout: 12,10

Vcore
Lowest: 1,65
Highest: 1,68
Last readout: 1,63

CPU temp
58°C

MoBo temp
30°C

Are these levels normal or are they too low?

Personally i'd say those voltages are bordering on the minimum of acceptable as a rule of thumb you should be ok if they stay around 5%(+or-) with allowance for a little fluctuation.

Example:
12v-5%=11.4v
12v+5%=12.6v(though still a lil high unless your oc'ing)

3.3v-5%=3.13v
3.3v+5%=3.46v

5v-5%=4.75v
5v+5%=5.25

Your motherboard readouts are never exact sometimes very unreliable hence your mobo is recording the 3.3v rail at 3.17v when the exact reading may be alot less
I'd suggest buying a better brand/wattage/specification psu you can't go wrong with a Tagen,Enermax or OCZ Powerstream with adjustable rails (http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/power_management/ocz_powerstream_power_supply#prices) :francesco:

Also to record the exact volt readings buy a cheapish multi meter like this digital muli meter $24.99 (http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?BV_SessionID=@@@@1516804108.1124114556@ @@@&BV_EngineID=cckkaddfhdldgemcegecegjdghldghf.0&pid=03482146000&vertical=TOOL)
