Hey cool game! Loadsa fun, reminds me of Unreal Tournament somehow, well graphically its not UT2007 obviously! I like the tank models and the environments and the cartoony selection screen. Favourite bit is the vulcan minigun thingy, has a cool sound heh.
Cant fault it much. Same obs as JMS, its quite hard to turn, maybe speed up the turning when moving slightly. also difficult to land the tanks the right way up when you start flying! Maybe if you could manipulate the tank with the movement keys to rotate it in mid air, that would be useful. But its fun trying to shoot in mid air while doing a 360!
Can imagine this would be really cool playing with loadsa people. Keep us updated LanThief!

i think its made with the quake 3 engine. the source code was recently released wasn't it? anyway, the game is quite fun. for a while.
things that need changing/tuning:
1. the steer/controls
2. the lag/netcode > bit too laggy for this kind of game!
3. the speed > it could use some tuning
4. the gravity > its like mayhem in the air!
overall its fun.
Thats fantastic! I can see that becoming popular as a pick up 'n' play LAN title at work...
Keep us GH forumites informed of any updates please!
I notice the poor quality imagelink you have for gamershell on your website. We have lots of banners and buttons you can use instead. If you cant find something on the following link, maybe I can customise one of them specifically for Battle-Carry!
