yeah, you can register other people's Wii numbers and you can send messages and your Mii's will go back and forth between consoles. I'm not sure what all you can do as none of my friends have Wii's lol.

I just heard back from them. They have not sent it yet. I don't know if this was just because they forgot or just some error but, they assured me that it will be sent out asap. Hopefully, the winner will have it in the next week or so :D
