Gaming Administration Question

I have a question about gaming facilites. I have been researching how gaming facilities monitor, and enforce the pre-paid time usage. I cant seen to find software that allows login, and alerts users when their time is spent on the game server. I have have seen some indications that it being done via php web sites, and am looking into it. I cant seem to find any books on the subject either. If anyone has info or a link to the subject matter, I would really appreciate it!

I doubt you'll find any books on the matter, but looking at what other's are doing is probably the best way. If you can't buy a software package that you can configure later you'll probably have to hire one or more programmers...
