I have just become a new memeber of iTunes and I have found thousands of fantastic Old Rock tracks that i will be buying. At $1.70 (Aus) its a bargain so guess where all my spare change will be going from now on.

Anyway, I also have a Pocket media player similar to an iPod but its not a iPod but a MP3 player that i like to listen to all my music on, plus I have a stock standard Stereo player that plays CD's only and Audio Cassettes.

When I download the iTunes files they are either in M4P or M4a format and I would like to reformat them to both MP3 and cda standards.
I have been looking for converters but i cant seem to find a Program that will do all formats including the four formats above.

Does anyone know of a program that will convert M4a and M4p tp MP3 codec plaese?
I want to hear my Led Zepplin and Black Sabbath on my MP3 player as well as my PC and stereo.
Preferable a Freeware one.

Maybe you should try out whether the sound editor Audacity (open source, thus free) can handle those files.
