For hiv john d dennis s and all admins
please for the love of god do something about this lyin sack of sh*t we know as irs2k3 aka dark angel
i truly hope you see the potential danger he poses to this site and to the fans of this site i don't want to have to see such a great site dimmished by one such as him. just allowing him to post stolen materials on your site can put you in danger of real legal problems and i am truly not joking. i spoke to one of my instructor about a similar issue not long a go she happens to be a intellectuall property lawyer in charleston wv and her view of the topic was, well less than favorable however with the site now being linked it keeps you out of danger if he continues on the path he is on and does not give credit where credit is due and tries to pass off matrial as his own when it is not, not only will he be held responsible but this site can be held liable as well
just my thoughts
Thoughts are what diffirinciate most humans from irs :D
Well, this is kindergaten after all! All bets are off here! :D

irs, you really seem to be incapable of learning from experience. This is your THIRD time getting busted for this kind of crap.
And based on our experience with you, here is what is gonna happen:
1) You go around spouting nonsense for a while (already started)
2) You start to act as if you are being unjustly persecuted (very close to this stage)
3) Soon thereafter you will give it the "Fine, I'll leave then!" routine.
4) Then you come back!
5) Behave (or not get caught) for a while
6) Plagiarize more material
7) Back to #1
I should add #8, which is where you come back after an absence with a new name apologizing for the actions of your "deranged" cousin, like when you switched from DarkAngel to irs2k3.

Damn straight!
I make a concerted effort to avoid any kind of contact with someone as morally bankrupt as you have displayed yourself to be.
You can't even tell the truth about where you live, for cryin out loud!
You show absolutely no hesitation to lie and deceive while using the anonymity of the internet as your protection. Maybe you are one of those people with that mental disorder where they compulsively lie for no reason..
Whatever the case, I have no interest in you having access to chats with me, because I wouldn't believe you if you said the sun was shining where you are.

IRS, I tried to be nice to you and trust you, saying 'Good job' and stuff for your weekly review thing. But it looks like you have betrayed the trust of me and the rest of the people on this board yet again.
And I'm still wondering why you haven't played the 'racism' (Yeah, right.) card that you so love yet?
Or where's your knight in shining armour, Dennis.
If he sticks up for you this time, he has gone seriously crazy. Or just drank too much vodka. Perhaps a mixture of both, but the fact still remains that you ripped off yet another site's article. Can you honestly say that you haven't?
Perhaps if you gave warp2search credit for it, it would have been ok, but you didn't. As usual.
Please do not respond to my post with something like 'doug is ruled by the irs, see!', because that is a shitty, unoriginal and quite frankly, juvenile response.
I never have been and never will be 'ruled' by you.

Roger that. This will be kept in mind. I'm personally not against using other sites' compilation of articles, as long as he doesn't copy them in their entirety and CLEARLY states who was the source for each one of the articles. Example:
NEW HARDWARE REVIEWS
As reported by: name of site 1 / link
* blah
* blah
* blah
As reported by: name of site 2 / link
* bleh
* bleh
* bleh
And so on. As you might've seen on our frontpage we also mirror files from other sites where they got first, or write news according to what other sites have reported, but we ALWAYS credit the original source. I think this should be no different.
You only think??? Get a hold of some bad vodka boy? :D
Bucky
07-27-2003, 04:31 AM
Copying another site's articles is a compliment and mostly appreciated, so long as that site gets the credit for the work they put into it.
That's where the breakdown with this guy (under whatever name he chooses) has always been.
Good luck with it.

Give the man a prize! :D
Excerpt from Planet Wing Chun (http://www.wingchun.com/history.html)
Wing Chun is the name of a system of martial arts developed in southern China approximately 300 years ago. Its originator, the Buddhist nun Ng Mui, was a master of Shaolin Kung Fu and used this knowledge to invent a way to take advantage of the weaknesses inherent in the other Shaolin systems. This new system was well-guarded and passed on to only a few, very dedicated students. Later, the style became known as Wing Chun, after Ng Mui's first student, a woman named Yim Wing Chun.

Saying that irs got on our "nerves" is probably one of the grandest oversimplifications in Gamer's Hell history :D
irs has been busted lying and plagiarizing material (copying material and claiming it as his own) at LEAST three seperate times now. He was hounded off the forums once for being a huge ass, and came back with a new name.
DarkAngel=irs2k3. They are one in the same.
In all of the times he has done these things, he has never publicly apologized nor has he ever promised not to do it again. In fact, he defends his actions.
Not to mention that he used his moderator status to boost his post count by repeatedly opening and deleting the same thread in the hardware section, and made it a habit to bait people into arguments with smart-assed little one line responses. I was even driven to banning him for a week because it became impossible to have a thread where he wasn't trying to start a fight in it.
He earned his vilification on these boards one stunt at a time.
So unless you have a resume like the one above behind you, I don't think you have a whole lot to worry about :D
Buckys replies almost make me usless! :D Bucky has said it all! Irs did this to himself period :D
