A new Console - made by users

I am always intrigued when something new pops up. However, there is very little info posted and that makes me worry a bit. Thus far, I just see a PC. Granted that is what every console out is except for the proprietary crap shoved on a HDD. I would still like to see more before I would switch. :D

Truth. All a console really is is a cheapo computer that's had its case welded shut so you can't tinker with the hardware. You COULD tinker with the software, but lately Sony's gotten one hell of a hair up their asses about that, so...
