Hah, I'm too old now to start it all from the begiining...

This loss will remain a heavy blow... almost as heavy as this one:

I had worked on a poster for 3-4 days on my previous job... it was a 240Mb tiff ready for printing. I had it written on a CD ready to be taken to the printing office. I had put one of those yellow sticky notes to distinguish it from the other CDs... The courier came and I unstuck the note... and with it went half of the mirror layer of the CD... :Oo:

The file was not backuped (didn't have much HDD space)... I had only the jpgs the client had approved... made the tiff again in less than a day... I have never been so much in a hurry in my whole life...

It was stupid of me to delete the file before it was printed...

... guess some people never learn :bangin:

Let's ses...

- My sleep cycle is f**ked because of night-time updates on GH (it's currently at 09:00 - 19:00 or so). :dennis:
- In addition to that I hardly go outside on weekdays, so not much sun for me.
- My g/f hardly sees me, but tis not such a bad thing since she has to work hard and it makes it all happier for us on weekends. :rolleyes:
- I have hardly 1 or 2 real life friends that I see on a regular basis left.


But hey, I ain't complaining! I got you guys :thumbup:

I remember this one time, I had to write a paper and was doing it for several days... the last day (night actually) before the deadline I was working for 8 hours and then unzipped the old file ontop of the new one :Oo: :suicide:

It took me just 2 hours to catch up - you get very very fast when I really really need to :D
