What did you have for breakfast?

Now that we're having all of these more or less useful polls it was just a matter of time until breakfasts gets discussed. Tell us, what did you eat, and did you enjoy it?

I for one, ate a bowl of Special K, which I usually eat when I'm in a real hurry, but it gets me the energy I need to not fall asleep, with a taste that isn't too bad.
