Anyone else walking around in circles waiting for it?
Personally I haven't even tried the beta, so to me it'll be a completely new experience. What race do you guys like the most?

Just a small correction: the release date for US is the 3rd of July (not 8th as mentioned in the topic) and the UK release date is the 5th of July.
I haven't played the beta myself, but according to a friend of mine who's addicted to the beta, the funniest race to play with is the Undead Scourge, and the weakest is the human alliance. Now, take that for what it is...and u'll be able to judge by yourself in less than 3 weeks http://www.gamershell.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

I'm losing sleep over this game (ok, not really). I've waited through delay after delay, and now I can practically FEEL it. Maybe I'll start Warcraft II up again and prep myself up for it. I never finished the expansion.

On another note, a friend of mine and his brother actually started re-playing baldurs gate 1 and 2, and to finish them both with the release of Neverwinter Nights. Personally I've never tried any of them, so that's one of my dirty secrets http://www.gamershell.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif

I got most of the way through Baldur's Gate 1 until my hard drive crashed. That game was fun as hell. BG2 kept crashing on me. http://www.gamershell.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif You'd think they'd have the major bugs worked out by now.

pretty amazing how it's already out in the WareZ scene, this speedy devils. Checking my news server today and it was there. I was like "Whoa!". I got the beta, got bored and never played it again. RTS just doens't interest me as much as it used to. Warcraft seems to just be War2 with better graphics.....
That games are on Russian roads before North America stores is a sad reality and there's nothing to say to defen pirates. Anyway a serious price reduction would help everything getting back to a normal stadium, who doesn't want a nice Box, the Manual.. but who wants to pay $49.99 for those...
And yes, Warcraft 3 has a great Plot though the gameplay, visual are still the same and lacks some better thinking (and they had 10 years to think).

The problem with blizzard is that they spend a lot of time developing their games, so the warcraft 3 engine, which was probably really impressive when new, is destined to be outdated after some time. But still, people love warcraft for 'warcraft', so i'm pretty sure it'll sell just fine.

I just love Warcraft 3 ***FULL*** http://www.gamershell.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

I don't have a problem with warez so long as you buy the game once its available. Of course, the warez scene is all 12 year olds that think its cool to steal the game.
The game is great. The Scourge is fun to play, but I have to agree with hiv. Its just WC2 with more eyecandy. Disappointing but still fun. Especially since I can't play the version of WC2 that I own on WinXP.

You can't really expect blizzard to take the roleplaying genre and the warcraft universe a whole lot futher. They made it 3d, put a bit of rpg in it, and some old fashioned magic. I like it a lot.

No doubt its a good game. I loving it. Its just that if *Blizzard* can't innovate, the genre must be dead!

Well, the way i look at it...
How do u fix what isn't broken? U don't.
Just like the R5s...
