What! Is this for real?? Well yes it is, a second contest in as many days. This time it is our good friends over at Nokia providing the prizes:

1st & 2nd place prizes: A brand new Nokia N-Gage QD with an original copy of Path To Glory for the top 2 winners.
3rd-5th place prizes:
1 PtG backpacks (the bags)
1 PtG notebooks
1 PtG keychains
1 PtG sunglasses

There is a good chance for a lot of people to go away with something so nobody feels left out. Now here is what you must do:

On a website, or on your school, work, shopping mall, local video game store etc. You must send proof of you promoting Gamershell.com with a banner or flyer for public places or a button or banner (or some kind of shameless promotion) on a website. This can be in the form of a picture for something outside of the net, and a valid url submitted to me so I can verify the banner or promotion of Gamershell.com on the website.

Rules:
Each person may submit more than one entry.
Previous contest winners are welcome to enter.
Gamershell.com staff and family are not eligible for the prizes.
All picture are to be posted in along in this topic as replies.

Ok, I updated the prizes a bit, there was some change, anyway first two prizes (which are what counts) are still there and, good news, they have been shipped my way already.

Contest Due on 15th February, this time for real as we'll have the prizes ready to ship by then :)

I got the prizes here, the N-Gage QD is actually way better then expected (if you compare it to a mobile rather than to PSP), units are US, so some work may be involved to get them run in European countries (I'm trying to sort this out meanwhile), if anyone knows the correct procedure I'm interested to know; Units are unlocked anyway already (just do not seem to detect my Italian mobile provider)

The site is a park in lausanne (switzerland) just outside me humble home. It was quite funny, lots of people stopped by and asked what this was all about, to whom we dutifully replied, its for a wonderful website, just read around and go visit it.
the brat that flees from his mom(s) tried to climb up the tripod like every 2 minutes, but it was all pretty fun.
i was actually quite lucky, because THIS (http://cui.unige.ch/~noris03/neve_oggi_1.jpg) was the situation of that fountain up until a couple days ago

getting out of the apartment... as in "outdoors"... it'll take me months to recover...

the final image is a 43356x1867 image (231MB tga) which of course i couldnt open with most software since they're capped to 30'000x* image sizes so i had to reduce a bit :D

the site is Lausanne (CH) once again, main train station, the police got there after i took 3 pictures so i had to scramble away, (yeah here in CH you cant hang up a logo and take pictures of it without asking for authorization...:rolleyes:)


it's incredible how just having a camera and a tripod makes it all wow and professional, all the people stopping by to ask what firm it was for, or what school... :D
