First off, the radeon 9800 will always kick your ass, the specs are just a little better but you can tweak your computer to get a way much higher score. First install the latest drivers and directx 9,0c, then install game xp and set to warpspeed. Defrag your drive, just defragging 3dmark alone will make your score go up since the computer wont have to calculate as much...

Then search the nvidia site for overclocking software or try your installationdiscs, overclocking is quite simple with their softwareprograms. Furthermore try overclocking your processor, most new motherboards have the option built in in their bios. Search and you will find.

If youre still not happy with your score try gameboost which will upgrade your performance even more and don't forget to check your registry for bad settings with registry pro or something.

Good luck :smartass:

Hey, your machine isn't bad. Of course you should have the newest drivers!
And the 3D Mark isn't the Top-Benchmark for games. Test your PC with Doom3 etc, thats more informative for game speed...

Don't worry too much about 3D Mark, what your games run like, thats important.
