Right, I'm a bit dumb as far as tech goes in motherborads and such, but I'm looking to buy a 6600 or the GT version off e-bay. The thing is, a lot of them are PCI-E or something like that. I'm wondering if my motherboard will take that type of card? The PCI slots are the long white slots underneath the AGP one, right?

O yeah, why am I not allowed to view certain topics anymore in the forums?

PCI-E stand for PCI-Express...it's used by some motherboards (no teahat? :P)
Well, if you have a agp-slot you usually don't have PCI-express...check your motherboard manual to be sure.

Chances are , if you have'nt bought your Rig in the last 9-12 months, then you only have AGP

And you need a password to go to Kindergarten (if that's what you mean)

There's a thread with the password in it (started by NXS)

:D

Yep, thanks! It's just as well. I could have got a PCI-E and found that it wouldn't work. Id've pulled my hair out
