its not monthly, its 50 us dollars a year. Thats like the price of buying a game and its completely worth it. Xbox live alone is reason enough to get an xbox. my vote is xbox because the games that are coming out for it and have recently came out for it are completely awesome. Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, Jade Empire, Psychonauts, Conkers Bad Fur Day, Pariah, etc. Definitely get an xbox. If this doesn't convince you then ill try harder because I know for a fact xbox is better in general.

Don't think you can say some console is better than another. It's totally your own preference.
For me, the Gamecube fits me the best. I has exactly the games I want to play on a console (RE4, Zelda, ...).
Xbox may be better hardware wise, but that doesn't matter because it doesn't has the games I want to play (plus most Xbox games come out for PC anyways).

Considering this, such a poll is a joke, and deciding on a console with such a poll is ridiculous. I'd say, make your own mind up and look into each console.
