Microsoft DirectX Drivers Redistributable?

I'm not much of a computer expert, but I saw Microsoft DirectX Drivers Redistributable on download.com, It says that you can't uninstall, it's ok to get it? will it work?

My driver is GForce 2 (sad...)

uhm.. why not just download from MICROSOFT.com
by the way, your card is not direct X 9, isnt there a problem runing DX9 on lower level hardware?

No. Software Drivers support Directx9.
