The panther section is cool, good effects :thumbup:

i Don't like the text :) Just seems like it doesn't fit. Go HERE (http://www.dafont.com/en/) for all your Font/Text needs :thumbup:

A border of some decription would tidy the edge up aswell :thumbup:

i agree with everything deadly mentioned... the sig on a whole looks very cool, with the panther and lightning and stuff. not too keen on the text though and i might suggest a small 1px border.
for any further help i will refer you to the add in my sig :P
