font stroke.......wtf!

so when i apply stroke on text in blending options it always come out read and i have no clue how to change the color (i have tried)....so how in (gamers)hell do i change the font stroke color? ? ?

errrrr you see in stroke option it shows a block of red..... click it to change the colour
