The feathering/blending of the render is awful and the main font work is a bit bland and dull. However it would all look better if you sorted out the render and maybe applied a layer style like color or linear dodge to it.

have updated it a bit, and yes its mostly fooling around, i did add a lighty effect to the render to give it an angel effect

I like where you're going, my ghey friend. Do keep experimenting a bit more with your effects, the brightness on the right is way too much.
