Vegas MOD

I need help moding R6 Vegas,
All I am wanting to MOD is the Multiplayer Terrorist Hunt
Changing it from 4 player max to 8 player max.
So far I got 5 players to work fine except that the 5th player
does not have friendly tags and he shows up on the mini map as a
bad guy, The bad guys interact with the 5th player the same as they interact with
the rest of your team. If I try 6 players the game crashes at launch of map.
I have the Unreal Editor from America's Army but have no clue how to load the
resources for R6 Vegas. I figure if I could load the maps into an editor I could fix all that stuff.

PLZ help.
