call of duty patch 1.2 help lease

i installed call of duty singel player demao and now i downloaded the patch for it 1.2 and when i try to install it it say setup could not locate a valid instollation for call of duty what should i do?

Only two choices I see here: One being you just play it without the patch (since it is singleplayer); Two would be to reinstall the demo (from a different site possibly) and then try the patch or do the opposite of choice two which would be to redownload the patch. Hope this helped...

Is it the game that doesn't work or is it the patch that doesn't work??

If the demo is installed, play it and don't worry about the patch!

BUT THE GAME IS THE SINGLE PLAYER DEMO AND THPATCH WILL INSTALL THE MULTIPLAYER ONE.

I don't think there is any patch that is Multiplayer CoD...Where are you getting this?
