refresh rates

Dose anybody know how to change the refresh rate programs on your computer.

Right mouse click on desktop > Properties > Settings > More(or whatever, the bottom right button) > Monitor.

Go to display properties>Settings>Advanced>Monitor: and there you have it

*To get to Display properties, right click anywere on the desktop, select properties.

Are refresh programs the same as refresh rate.

Well sommeone was saying turn off all referesh rate programes.

Refresh means renewing to actual momentary stand. It can be the framerates of your monitor or just a window that has new files in it or your button settings.
What do you wanna do?

Oh yea: you can not turn off Screen refresh because that's what actually represents the motion on it.

LOL, you might wanna tune down the settings...and maybe disable VSync....but not the refreshing of anything....unless you got a Memory optimizer running...that should be turned off
