Gamershell and Opera

First Hallo to EO !!


Till about week or 2 ago all was fine and sudenly as i open gamershell.com and site is loaded all links become inactive. During loading time i can click them but when it is ready i cant.

I use opera 7.53. and dont know what is happen couse i dont change anything . Is it some kind of IE supporting ??

hmm... We restored a backup, possibly around that time.

I wonder if that has somin to do with it?

I think we fixed a firefox issue and broke opera compatibility

Hi romeck!

I have had that issue myself with Opera (my default browser wherever I can decide myself), but only on the top 40 pixels or so. Is it the same for you? I would think the latest changes I did to circumvent a bug in Firefox's (and Opera's?) layout engine should have applied for Opera too, but I only tested one version of Opera. Probably 8.0 as you're experiencing this with 7.53. Does upgrading to 8.0 help you out?

I have always used Opera and I have never had any problem. Using 8.01 now and it's working great! Try upgrading to newer version

I just got in hold of an older version of Opera, and I have been able to replicate the issues you reported. Although the HTML is not correct, I see no other possibilities causing this error other than a bug in Opera. I don't doubt it can be circumvented, though. For now my recommendations will be to upgrade to Opera 8.01.
