signatures?

ive seen heaps of people in here with signatures that are there game progress and i want to know how to do it, i want to have swat 4 and my score, kills etc. HOW?

If the game has a server for scores and stats like BF2, UT2004 and MORPG games like WOW
There probably are websites intergraded to the score server that shows these scores real time and some of them have sig capability.

do you or anyone know if swat 4 has one, or if anyone can find out becuase i have no idea where to go.
