Xbox Mods?

I know I've seen mods for Halo before, and I don't think it ever came out on anything else other than Xbox. (or was it released on pc too?) how would one go about using these?

no there is no such thing. just official mappacks for Halo 2.
but there's a PC version of Halo, so the mods are probably for that one.
