How do you read a xbox game disc?

Someone please answer in detail or refer to a link with complete detail for an idiot:

How do you get into the discs files? I'm trying to add a "mod". Obviously you can't just insert the game disc into your computer, so what program do you use to read the game disc so that you can edit the files?

You CANNOT do a damn thing with a stock Xbox.

If it's not hacked, forget it. If it is hacked, well, you wouldn't be here asking these questions, so just forget it, you ain't gonna mod your game.

OK, How F'ing hard is it to answer a damn question? My x-box IS Xecutioner Modified! I didn't modify it! Someone else did! Now will someone answer my question?

As I look over this exchange, I would probably have given a warning to anyone else that did what I did here.

The only defense I can offer is that we have been bumrushed with questions like this since the hot coffee mod came out. You were just the unfortunate to catch the brunt of my frustration.

To answer your question, I don't know how to do anything with a modded Xbox, so I never should have posted in this thread.

If you MOD your Xbox your sys will be blacklisted. meaning you can't play on X-Live anymore...but then again, who does?
