k downloaded the file, and i cant install it anyone know what i should try?

if ya dl'ed from official site then most likely its in ISO format so it probly needs burning onto cd first
that's what mine was like

As JMS said it should be in ISO format,if so try this wicked little freeware tool Burnatonce
I downloaded the x64 beta and had all sorts of problems with Nero,Easy CD Creator,and various other CD burning tools, trying to burn the ISO image was a nightmare.
Even when i thought id suceeded the x64 disk wouldn't boot until someone pointed me in the direction of Burnatonce=quick,easy,and very simple.

Alternatively use IsoBuster, it lets you open iso files, and you can run setups that way

or use daemontools to make a virtual drive and launch the cd from that www.daemon-tools.cc
