hot coffee mod for pc

I recently installed the hot coffee mod on san andreas for my pc. The mod worked fine,but It seems to have disabled my joypad
and i have tried everything to restore It but nothing works. I even returned the joypad for new one,uninstalled and reinstalled game,
even returned my cordless mouse thinking it might be interferring with joypad.Could I have messed up the disk somehow?
Please help I'm frustrated!

p.s.- i have the dvd rom edition could that have something to do with it?

Figured It out guys,Gta only supports 1 external device.My keyboard and gamepad are both usb,so It works when I switch
to my original ps/2 keyboard.
