Need help with FARCRY level

Hi all, after a search for farcry specific message boards I chose to post here. This seems to be a good place to go for help. If anyone can show me a farcry board, plases pass it on.

Anyways, I need help with this one level. Its the level, I am guessing towards the end of the game, where the bad guys kick you out of the helicopter and you are stuck in the middle of all the mutants with only 10 rounds. You have to make your way towards the volcano. How the hell are you supposed to do that!? I have tried to sneak by and spent like 20 minutes sneaking around only to be killed and have to start all over. Its getting stupid and making the game not very fun. So how do you get by them?

You have to drop down into the river and then run to a shoot down helicopter that has 2 miniguns in it and use them

just swim through the water until you get to the shot down chopper, the trigents get killed if they go in too deep of water.

I love that bit where you run and jump off the waterfall!

Just about the only thing that kills them. Most of the time I find myself running away. The hit detection means you have to stay like 30 feet away from them.
