New Game On your site

Well i download this new game that was on your banner and installed the client, the client asked me to register on there website first so i did, then i tried to log into the clien, it said that this account is not a game acoount, i'm confused, i can log into there website, since on there client when i clicked register for account it directed me to there ferentus website then registered, but it did not allow me to use the client, and also it says the game is in beta stages, and anyone can try the game out before it comes out later in the year, similar to the guildwars event.

Please help, i want to have a preview of the game, from there website it looks good and very interesting, i also sent them a technical support, but that was about 7 days ago, i think, not heard from them either, since i got this from you i was hoping you could shed some light on this matter.
