Max Payne 2 help

when I start to install max payne 2 i get the following notice:

Setup has experienced an error:

Please do the following:
-close any running programs
-empty your temporary folder
-Check your iunternet connection (internet-based setups)

error code:-6002

i've done all these thing but nothiing happened. then i disabled my firewall and anti-virus, delted nero and all the burn and image-file programs but this didn't help either.

if anybody knows, please help.
