sims 2 university install

im trying ti install sims 2 university and it stops at 64 percent and says D:\support\european help files\da\whxdata\whfwdata0.xm' from the media. Anyone know how to fix this? I then cancel installation and install nightlife with no problems. We've tried installing university on two separate computers and get the same message. what gives.? :rant:

go back to your gameshop and change the cd for a new one. It aint warez issit?
