I'm connected to a home network which uses a Motorola WR850G router. What I want to do is be able to run a Counter-Strike or DoD server through Steam so that I can set up a game for my buddies to join in with me, and then I can tweak all the little stuff to my heart's content for added fun. I've done a little research on port forwarding and getting Source servers running through this type of router and the only answer I've come across is don't even bother. Anyone with some experience with this particular hardware-software combo want to offer me a bit of advice?
